敘述的不夠清楚,修改內文一下
內文改成直接跟學校確認尾款跟住宿費
已付訂金給學校
學校寄尾款發票給我,會用那封信回學校
但因為住宿價格跟當初官網申請價格不一樣,所以想確認清楚
我想直接確認價格,如果不提及代辦,內文修改成:
Dear 語校名,
It's OOO,I would like to confirm the invoice for my tuition of final paymant
and also the accommodation for single room, the unit price of accommodation
fee for single room is different from that at the time of application.
Would you please advise.
I look forward to receiving your reply, thank you!
