本句錯誤。
關係子句藉由是否有逗點，分為「限定」(無逗點) 與「非限定」(有逗點) 關係子句。在
此處的 India 就是「那個 India」而非「某個 India」所以在語意上應該採用「非限定
」關係詞，所以需要加上逗點。若沒有這個逗點，意思會不合邏輯。
更改為：such as India, in which (= where) the average ... be high.
: 3. This is exactly the reason why millet is widely grown as the main crop in
: certain region of Asia, such as India which the average temperature
: tends to be high in there. (正確)
本句錯誤。
除了上面說的缺逗點之外，這裡改用 which，是第二個錯誤。
因為原本 in which 的 in 被搬到句尾，但是加上了 there，所以原本正確的 in which
變成了 which ... in there，因而使得 which 在本句中成為「關係代名詞」，而非「關
係副詞」。最後結果是這個「關係代名詞」在整個「關係子句」當中沒有扮演任何文法功
能，所以這個關係子句是錯的。
關係代名詞在關係子句裡，有三種可能的功用：當主詞、或當受詞、或當補語 (此三功能
為互斥選擇，只能有其一)。若關係代名詞在整個關係子句中沒有擔任上述任何一項功能
，那麼這個關係代名詞就用錯了。
更改為：such as India, in which (= where) the average ... be high.
: 1. This is the university where my father used to attend.
本句錯誤。
因為 attend 作為「上學」用時，是及物動詞，後面要接受詞，而受詞一般都是名詞 (少
數特殊情況下，會把副詞拿來當名詞用，如 over there 中的 there)
例：Our children attend the same school. 我們的孩子上同一所學校。
所以原句若用 where 的話，會使得 attend 找不到受詞。
更改為：This is the university that/which my father used to attend.
: 2. This is the university at which my father used to attend. (錯誤)
本句錯誤。
理由同上句。
更改：將 at 刪掉就可以了。
: 3. This is the universtiy which my father used to attend at. (錯誤)
本句錯誤。
理由同上句。
更改：將 at 刪掉就可以了。
