這篇我是從 by Roger Yu/ 2012, USA Today 中的其中一段摘錄出來的, 標題為:
Keeping Up Online Reputations
針對這句, 我想說的是:
1. 關於spend的用法, 就如同其他先進說的, 用 to 也可以, 但是表先後動作, 且
有目的性.
例如: I spent 3 hours (doing my homework and cleaning my room) to play
online games. (不知道能不能插入括號的 doing 用法)
為了能玩線上遊戲, 我花了3小時(先寫完作業, 打掃房間等…)
I spent 3 hours playing online games.
我花了3個小時玩線上遊戲.
2. not only…but also 不平行對等的用法:
是不是現在這種寫法已經可以被接受了, 只是它不是最標準的用法, 我比較好奇的
是, 像這樣不平行的寫法, 在台灣的考試能寫嗎? (我想是不行)
不知道有沒有人要補充的.
