   想請教大家一個句子的用法:

 Neil Young Journeys underscores the continuing relevance of Young's artistry
over the last 45 years and why he is regarded as one of rock's most
influential musicians and songwriters.

   想請教的是,

   1. 這個句子用到了 over the last 45 years, 那為什麼 underscores 這裡

      是用現在式, 而不是用完成式呢?
