[Ask ] bash and proc?

Today when I play computer game，

A corrival told me:"u fuckers,bash and proc every time", when I killed him

but i cant understand what this sentence mean

so may I ask if anyone knows what does he mean?

推 aquamoose: it means you got lucky because the on hit effect
→ aquamoose: triggers everytime you hit him
