[Talk] no one i can believe is that my fault?

i have a small condo of my own。I had lived there since 2009 til last fall. I
got a new job which I have to work far away from my place, so I was planning t
o rent my house out so i can afford the rent in my new place. It's not that ea
sy because like i said i'd lived there for a long time there are too many stuf
f I have to clean and throw out. That day when I was struggling with these stu
ff, I thought I should take a break so I went to the real estate agency to see
 if they can provide the renting service. well it seemed they were not too muc
h interested in renting house for me, instead they want to sell my house like
crazy. the broker said he can help me clean the mess in my room if I promise t
o give him the sole contract of house sale. I'm inexperienced in selling house
 and wasn't be aware of what the house prices near the vicinity, on the though
t of this mess, I said okay without thinking too much.

 It was almost dinner time, and we still didn't finish cleaning my room. He sa
id

" It's not a big deal, I have a place to let you sleep over if we can't finish
 this today."

"for free?"

"yes for free."

" how come you have the place and let me stay for free?"

" I have many empty places"

"oh, but I don't want to leave this to tomorrow, can we just finish today?"

 (cos I don't want to live other clients' place its kind of illegal...and it m
ade me uncomfortable as soon my house will be one of his "empty room for free"
...)
