Can someone please translate or m : aybe explain in English for me? Thank you so so much. : Here's the words, : "His timeline blankets most of modern history in hospital corners. No wrinkles : or peaks or dips, just a perfectly even sheet of blame." : http://i.imgur.com/7P1s7VW.jpg : Looking forward to find the answer (: My two cents: 1) hospital corners: neat and clean beds are made with "hospital corners", i.e. nicely tucked in, clean (and white) sheets. 2) timeline: a chronological line of a) what Mander thinks of poaching and environmental destruction, or b) how Mander has developed, in terms of his business, with regards to poaching and environmental destruction. The author likely means a) and not b). So to rephrase: Mander understands most of modern history as a clean, linear sequence of events without complex issues (wrinkles, peaks or dips), just perfectly clear, straight, and it's all someone else's fault. -- 'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life Trying to make ends meet, You're a slave to money then you die -Bittersweet Symphony, The Verve -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 70.166.3.190 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/EngTalk/M.1423186199.A.6A9.html
