Recently I was hired by a cosmetics Japan company in Taipei.
As a new staff on probation, I am not aware of what I should do or
what I should not do?
Besides, according to our president, she is under consideration if
she would officially hire me as a salesperson or senior salesperson.
As a result, I cannot get the know-how about what to do.
Now I am worried about my language skills because I don't speak Japanese
at all and my English abillity is a little bit weak.
Therefore, I am worried about my job and my survival for the probation.
Should I start to go to the cram school and learn Japanese or
should I try every effort to acquire any of the skills on dedicating to
the work?
I am in a mess, so it is really annoying me......
