In Taiwan, I guess most people will take "miss you" into a word for bf&gf, to express the feeling of love. But I met an India person recently, he has been stayed in Taiwan for over 10 years. I regarded him as a friendly friend, we usually chat online. When we were going to say goodbye, he would say "miss you" to me, which made me feel confused. Therefore I checked the information about "miss you" on the Net, and got the answer that it is just a way for greeting and saying goodbye. But yesterday I had little joke on him. I said, do I need to say "miss you" to you? LOL. Then he suddenly got angry and said nothing...... Although everything is ok now, we start to chat again like before, but I am still confused. Is it that I said something totally impolite? Or he took the word "miss you" really seriously, not just a greeting word? Or it is possible that he implied he is a little bit into me? Thank you :-) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.105.150.229 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/EngTalk/M.1505051823.A.78F.html
