I am pondering a lot recently.
Regarding a terrorist (metaphor),
I should try to improve myself instead of being a terrorist.
The disease must be cured for somehow purpose.
Therefore, I will come to see the psychiatrist this Friday.
Hopefully I can cure my illness and try to heal all my symptoms.
