[Ask ] How to improve tone & pronounce

It's weird to say, but I always talk with a strong Taiwanese accent.
(I think all my co-workers say that I have an accent)
Furthermore, I could not have all my pronunciation correct while giving a speech or a presentation.

Is there anyway to correct my tone?
