[Talk] I want to speak English

Okay, here is it, I feel boring on my way home in the subway after my work.
While in the coach, what I usually do is reading English novel or non fictions,
in reality, it's no that bored,  but, I have strong desire to speak English in 
these days, 
so is there anyone fond of English chatting ?
