Just finished the TDDB measurement of my first batch of diffusion barrier
device. It is literally daunting when you have to insert a floppy disk in the
source meter when it's in 2022.
Def gonna work on the labview to make things easier. Also the complience setup
is stupid. Doing every thing manually is nothing but frustration.
Hope things doing well on the transistor end lul.
