第三年的聯盟，只缺最後一名 GM。
附上聯盟長個人檔案供大家參考，FB 資歷三年，每年最多玩兩個聯盟，
尤其自己經營的 16 人盟，絕對花最多心力維持品質，也幸運連續兩年奪冠。
本盟不排斥新人，最重要的是希望能對遊戲有基本熱情和責任感。
亂槍打鳥，每季玩七八個盟，戰績不好或遇上傷兵就棄球隊不顧，
也無意和盟友交流的玩家謝絕加入。
聯盟設有每週最低 36 局的限制，違規 GM 會在聯盟長發現的第一時間進行接管，
沒有任何抗辯機會，有個人狀況請事先告知方便處置。
另外戰績後四的球隊，如有兩週以上未調整陣容，聯盟長也有權利視情況接管，
另尋合適人選接手。以上兩點請大家留意和諒解。
