Jose Fernandez has been sent back to Miami to see a doctor after complaining
of soreness in his right shoulder.

Advice: That's not good. Fernandez looked pretty sharp on Friday night
against the Braves, racking up six strikeouts over five innings, but he did
leave with a pitch count of just 76. The ace right-hander returned in early
July from Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery. It's not clear how long
he's going to be out this time.
