推 zoidsx: 第一段，那有找到證據兩者運作模式完全相同嗎XD
→ JSFS: 規則不是說連規格都要一樣嗎？這時候規則就自由心證啦？
在Reddit 的相關討論中，有人提到了規則，節錄如下：

34.2 states the following:

Any work not listed above may only be undertaken with the approval of the FIA
technical delegate following a written request from the team concerned. It
must be clear that any replacement part a team wishes to fit is similar in
design, mass, inertia and function to the original. ........

所以規則並不是說規格要完全一致，而是"similar"

想要移除部件然後用新部件替代，團隊必須提出書面申請，FIA 認可才行

替代件在設計、質量、與功能都要與原件相似而不是完全相同

被移除的原件要交由FIA 保管

而原先的報導是說FIA 找不到證據證明原件與替代件兩者功能運作方式不一致

但是沒提到質量與設計問題，只說兩者不是100% 一致

我猜是相當接近符合規則說的"similar"

規則不同，空氣動力部件有特別的規定：

34.2

n) The aerodynamic set up of the front wing may be adjusted using the
existing parts. No parts may be added, removed or replaced.

可以用現有部件調節前翼的空氣動力設定，但不能移除、添加、或更換部件。
