如題，BOT 引擎套件開超過規定數量了，罰最後起步；另外PIT超速罰單一張

Decision        Required to start the race from the back of the starting grid.

Offence         Breach of Article 34.7 of the FIA F1 Sporting Regulations.

Decision        The competitor (Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN) is fined €1,000
