想法: 我覺得A讀起來比較順，文法結構也正確

答案D

想法: OPEC是否要增產，應該是主動決定，不是被動決定，所以我認為是B

Q3.The ROC president called on China ___ the initiative in soothing the
   hostility between the two regions.

A. to take B.taking C.take D.for taking

答案A

想法:ROC總統主動跟中國聯絡，我想應該是用taking，A我覺得也可以但B比較好


小弟字彙量滿多的，可惜文法太爛，每次敗筆都在文法，望板友們給予指教，謝謝!

→ ating007: 動，另it虛主詞開頭後習慣常接to不定詞
→ ating007: Q3用taking有表狀態語意，用to結構有「去做…」的語意
→ ating007: 既然前有call on，用to結構會比較好
→ ating007: 露字了…whether若還原做主詞用被動才對
