【問卷名稱】新世代領導風格與員工反應調查（第一階段）
【研究目的】瞭解新世代工作者對於直屬主管領導風格與自身工作狀況的看法與評估
【填答條件】本研究調查對象為「與直屬主管共事超過三個月以上的全職工作者」。

本次研究為兩階段線上問卷，兩份問卷之間隔為兩週，都約10~15分鐘可填答完成。此次
為第一階段問卷，兩個階段的問卷皆需填答完畢，才算完成整份調查問卷。（更詳細的參
