以我的做法我會先將Reits ，一年內漲跌做成線型

然後做各股與REITS報酬差異做誤差分析

看你是要做後要不要做成標準差，看哪檔個股標準差較大

不過表現較好跟表現較差的標準差都是較大的

所以這邊篩選可能要在注意...
