會看到兩項黃色的提醒
1. Upcoming changes to your G Suite subscription
2. Security update for Drive

G Suite Business 帳號才會有 Upcoming changes to your G Suite subscription 這一
項

Upcoming changes to your G Suite subscription
We previously notified you that your G Suite subscription will transition to a
 Google Workspace subscription. You can now begin your transition to get the m
ost out of Google Workspace. There are two ways to transition:

We recommend you self-transition now in a few easy steps.

First, learn more about your current plan
Review our comprehensive comparison of subscription plans and select the best
option for your organization’s needs.
Next, go to Billing and then Get more services.
At the subscription you want, click SWITCH.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your transition.
If you choose not to self-transition, Google will transition you seamlessly to
 a new Google Workspace subscription based on what you currently use with G Su
ite. Transitions will begin no earlier than November 2021, and we will provide
 at least 30 days notice with more details on your auto-transition.

Your date for auto-transition will be determined based on the features you use
 and only after your current annual/fixed-term plan ends, if applicable.

管理員您好：

我們先前曾發出通知，說明您的 G Suite 訂閱將轉換為 Google Workspace 訂閱。謹此
通知您，您現在可以開始轉換訂閱，以下提供兩種方案供您選擇：

方案 1 (建議)：立即自行轉換，只要幾個簡單步驟即可完成。
方案 2：在貴機構符合資格*後，讓 Google 自動為您轉換，轉換時間最早為 2022 年 1
月 31 日。我們會提前至少 30 天通知您具體轉換日期。
*貴機構符合資格的日期取決於您使用的功能，而且這個日期只會落在您目前的年約/定期
方案結束之後 (如果適用)。進一步瞭解您目前的方案。

我需要做些什麼？
請參閱訂閱方案的完整比較資訊，並根據貴機構的需求選出最適合的方案。接著，前往管
理控制台選取新的訂閱方案。

如果不選取新的訂閱方案，Google 會根據您目前使用的 G Suite 訂閱，直接替您轉換至
新的 Google Workspace 訂閱。大多數客戶在轉換後支付的金額與轉換前相同。不過在某
些情況下，應付金額可能因特定的產品使用情形而有所不同。
