how many have two digits that are equal to each other and the remaining digit
different from the other two？

[解]
先指定兩數字相同部分之(數字)取法為: C9取1 = 9種
再指定另外一個落單數字，其取法為: C8取1 = 8種
最後針對兩個相同另一相異的數字進行排列: 3種 (x,x,y x,y,x y,x,x)
綜合以上，題幹所求之方法數有9*8*3=216種
