: 小弟資質愚鈍不解答案為何是A，這題做了快10分鐘...超難選擇答案最後選了E
: 再回過頭看A，我的理解A:購買低成本無法保證帶來經濟利益(不知道這大意對不對)
: 可是原文我找不到一個conclusion明確表明low quality就是不實用
: 只有隱性的自己心裡認為這個low quality不實用，與其說support，我怎麼覺得這題更
: 像assumption? 請大大指教!
這題為 drawn conclusion，而不是 support
support 和 drawn conclusion 的差別在於 "support" 的表達方式
"which of the following best supports the conclusion?"
答案 support 題目，為一般的 support 題，
選出可以 support 題目論點的答案
而此題表達方式為:
"The considerations above, if true, most strongly support which of
the following claims?"
為題目 support 答案，答案當然就是推論的結果
low quality coal 比起 high quality coal 雖然成本低，
但是相對發電效應不高，產生的灰塵也不好處理
所以自然可以推得經濟效應不一定比較好的結論
