這句話幫各位切割一下：

一、主要子句解析（這個不會有問題，順便寫出來而已）

The passage    suggests  that ... harm.
主要子句主詞   動詞      受詞 [本身為名詞子句]

二、名詞子句解析（這個應該也沒問題）

the failure   (of ... orders) might cause it    (to ... harm)
名詞子句主詞  修飾語          動詞        受詞  受詞補語

三、修飾語解析

此修飾語分為兩部分：

1. of a large business
2. to have its bids for subcontracts result quickly in orders

分別修飾名詞子句的主詞 failure

四、修飾語 2 的解析

這裡的 have 是「使役動詞」用法，不是「有」而是「使得」，

have 的使役動詞句型有三種：

  1. have + 受詞 + 原型動詞：
     I'll have Hudson show you to your room.
  2. have + 受詞 + 現在分詞：
     She had boys doing all kinds of jobs for her. (工具人)
  3. have + 受詞 + 過去分詞：
     Where do you normally have your hair cut?

因此原文中修飾語 2 的解析如下：

to have     its bids for subcontracts result quickly in orders
   使役動詞 [受詞                   ] [受詞補語              ]

五、綜合翻譯
