@Collier：因為Committee的評價都亂給，所以沒鑑別度。
我們不能說法曹協會給了 95% 的受評審人選 "highly qualified"
與 "very highly qualified" 就說協會亂評價。因為可能這些受評
選人選真的都是箇中菁英。
就像假設 95% 台灣考生的 GRE 數學都考了 165 分以上，我們會認
為是考生程度高，而不會說是 ETS 亂評價。
更明白的說法是，不論 (D) 中的百分率是多少，只要評審過程中
"highly qualified" 與 "qualified" 是不同的兩個等級，(D) 就會
對。
@chenfafa: 我也猜jones到as a judge是果 所以不動 之後的是
因 所以攻因 abce 都無關
根據以上分析，這題嚴格來說，並不是「因」的錯誤，而只是純粹字
串被偷天換日而已。
