[問題] 請教一題三格填空

這題的blank(2) blank(3)有些困惑：

雖然原本答案可以理解，但如果選EI好像也合理：
精通原本學者說的同時將這些舊的意見視為基礎智慧，在發展前這樣的基礎智慧是可以先啟發新點子的。

目前知道可能是因為有一個but，但好像又不是很強的轉折詞

麻煩大家幫解惑><

推 BrettL      : "fundamental wisdom" 是正面的，"oppressive" 是負
→ BrettL      : 面的。"quash"不是用在正面力量的上面，所以不行
