【來源】源自希臘語介詞，意思是「相反(opposite)、對抗(against)」。
現代英語也常常利用這個前綴使用在名詞之前，
以代表「對抗」、「對立」之意。
【變體】為避免出現兩個連續母音，前綴anti-接在母音或h開頭的字根之前時，則變體為
ant-。
anti- → ant- / ___ + vowel / h (如antagonistic)
anti- → anti- / elsewhere
antagonistic
adj. opposite (相反的) ; mutually opposed; hostile;inimical ;
adversarial (敵對的(to, towards)，不相容的，對立的)
【推測詞義】對…反抗掙扎。在參與比賽，必然跟競爭者搏鬥。
