標題[字彙] 幾題填空請教

我的問題在第一個空格
這幾句話主要在描述kilt被Britain禁止、從男性服飾被歸類到女性服飾、被瘋狂嘲笑
因此我認為kilt有著非常黑暗的歷史因此選(A)
不選(C)是因為從文字看不出kilt的爭議性在哪，從頭到尾只看到kilt被打壓
能否請高手解惑為什麼答案是C
