標題[計量] 不懂題目問題

Five boxes each contain at least 1 ball. The mode of the numbers of
balls in each of the boxes is 3. Which of the following statements
must be true?
Ans: The total number of balls in the five boxes is greater than 9.
有點看不懂第二句話， 意思是說五個箱子裡的球數之眾數為3
這樣最少的球數不就是3+1+1+1+1 ＝7
