你也許試圖去討好ㄧ位難以取悅的人。
你也許非常努力試著要做出比平常更好、超出某個人期待的水準，做很多的事情，
只是為了要讓這個人注意到你。
但是，有些人是用讓其他人感覺那種方式而顯現他們的權威，那不是一件好事。
當你身陷其中，想要試圖獲得認同，你不是在幫自己的忙。
相反的，先獲得你自己的認同，那樣的認同才有價值（才算數）。
到最後，它（獲得自己的認同）才是唯一有價值的事。
