t can be crushing. But the truth can also help - even when it hurts. Someone i

我們都知道事實可能會傷人的。

當事實揭露了某些人不想聽到的話，或者是他們不喜歡他們自己，

它可以是壓倒性的（令人心碎的）。

但是，事實亦可以有幫助的 - 即使它是傷人的。

某個在你生命中的人也許真的需要傾聽你害怕傳遞得訊息，

但是，再一次的也許你必須揭露出來那會幫那個人的生活過得更好。
