你很容易陷入這種惡性循環，認為某個人不認同你或者是不欣賞你。
然而，你必須考慮到其他的事情可能會影響那個人所說的或是所做的，
或者甚至其他事情可能影響你自己對所聽到或所看到事情的看法。
試著正面思考，當你發現你自己是對的時候，你的精神會為之振奮！
