[問卦] 立意善良的英文怎摸說啊？

如題
我最近有一個外國的朋友，好像長期被他老闆職場霸凌，比方說什麼五分鐘十分鐘沒回覆
老闆就會被辱罵啦，甚至誇張到半夜凌晨會被交辦工作。
我很想用英文勉勵他說你老闆其實是立意善良，希望你越來越厲害，但我英文不好不知道
怎麼安慰他。

我知道綠色是善良的顏色，所以應該是green is good???
