[問卦] 有什麼用AI例如copilot幫人訓練能力的卦

大家有想過用AI幫助自己訓練什麼能力嗎？
比較廣泛的應該是使用來練習語言吧？
但不知道是否會效率慢？
（而且只能文字對話）



也有比較AI看起來使得上力幫忙的：
例如求職廣告內文說這樣
（大意是說你並不需要是成為C加加語言的專家但是你應該必須要有效率的使用現代C++開發
經驗與知識避免犯下語言文法等級的錯誤而且你的程式代碼必須經過我們高級程式人員的檢
視並且你必須遵從那些意見）
