Britain set to strike first deal to cut Trump tariffs

有 2 個重點：

1) Britain's car industry exports luxury brands to the U.S. and the 25% tariffs
   had hit the industry hard. Jaguar Land Rover paused shipments of its cars to
   the U.S.

   暫停出口奢華汽車。

2) Britain's digital service tax, levied at 2% of UK revenue for online
   marketplaces, search engines and social media platforms, was introduced in
   2020 in response to an outcry about tax avoidance by big tech.

   降低數位服務稅。


從 1、2 來看，美國的條件是：

1) 奢華汽車到美國設廠。

2) 開放美國科技巨頭市場和降低數位服務稅。
