日韓是台灣的國際主要競爭對手，

尤其是在半導體、機械加工與週邊商品這一塊。

現在日韓都15%了，台灣也只能15%，只能低不能高。

標準已經訂出來了，但台灣要開放跟上貢(X)，投資(○)多少，

才能讓川皇龍心大悅，給我們15%？？
