邀嘉賓貝琪‧麥考伊博士（Dr. Betsy McCaughey）是前紐約州副州長、資深健康政策與
憲法學者、「拯救紐約市」組織的創始成員以及川普總統首次競選期間的經濟顧問。下面
是她8月10日在「全球退黨服務中心」慶祝退出中共黨、團、隊突破4.5億人集會上的發言
：

大家好！能夠與你們所有熱愛自由的人在一起，我深感榮幸！擺脫共產主義！能夠與熱愛
自由、為自由而戰、勇敢無畏的人在一起，我深感榮幸！

我們不僅在慶祝一個里程碑——4.5億勇敢的中華男女選擇退出中國共產黨及其附屬組織
——我帶給你們所有人的信息，是你們內心深處已經知道的：暴政是可以被擊敗的，自由
是可以存續的。

數十年來，中國共產黨利用暴力、謊言和審查制度來控制人民並鎮壓異見。通過文化大革
命、天安門廣場大屠殺以及正在進行的對法輪功學員和宗教少數群體的迫害等運動，中共
暴露了其邪惡本質。因為恐懼真理和自由，共產黨是邪惡的。

在我的職業生涯中，我一直致力於捍衛憲法自由、言論自由和個人權利。這些是美國價值
觀，也是人類價值觀。我可以告訴你們：共產主義的威脅不僅遠在中國——它就近在我們
眼前，中共就在這裡、在美國，利用祕密手段迫害著中國人。

我可以告訴你們，我正在考慮競選紐約州州長；如果我當選，中共將被驅逐出這個州！絕
不留情地（將它）驅逐出去！我們不會容忍它。這是一個全球威脅。我們看到它的影響試
圖滲透到我們的機構、我們的學校甚至我們的政府。

我想向退黨運動致敬——它是如此鼓舞人心。它表明人類精神永遠不會被征服。它證明了
真理一旦被說出，就會永遠存在。21年前《九評共產黨》的發表在世界範圍內打開了覺醒
的閘門。500萬人簽署了「打倒中共惡魔」（End CCP）請願書這一事實說明了很多問題。

這不是關於政治，這是關於人性。對自由的渴望深深植根於我們人類的內心。這關乎有尊
嚴地生活的權利，關乎選擇信仰什麼的權利。

讓我在法拉盛這裡向那些有勇氣退出中共的人致以特別的敬意。讓我說：你們並不孤單，
我們欽佩你們，我們想與你們站在一起、保護你們，並鼓勵其他人以你們為榜樣。世界聽
到了你們的聲音。越來越多的人——在美國這裡和全球各地——都在與你們站在一起。

我們可以共同建設一個真理不被審查、信仰不被懲罰、共產主義的恐怖永不重演的未來！

Thank you all.

It is an honor to be here with you, all the freedom-loving people. Down with
communism! It is an honor to be here, with people who love freedom, who fight
for freedom, who are brave.

We are not only celebrating a milestone — 450 million courageous Chinese men
and women who have chosen to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party and
its affiliated organizations — the message I bring to all of you, is
something you know in your hearts: Tyranny can be defeated, and freedom can
survive.

For decades, the Chinese Communist Party has used violence, lies, and
censorship to control its people and crush dissent. Through movements like
the Cultural Revolution, the Tiananmen Square massacre, and the ongoing
persecution of Falun Gong practitioners and religious minorities, the CCP has
revealed its evil ways. In fear of truth and freedom, the Communist Party is
evil.

I have spent my career defending constitutional liberty, free speech, and
individual rights. These are American values, but also human values. And I
can tell you: the threat of communism is not just a distant issue for China —
 it is right here in America, right here with the CCP’s secret methods of
persecuting Chinese people here.

I can tell you that I am considering running for the New York State governor;
when I do, the CCP will be out of this state! Period, driven out! We will not
tolerate it. it is a global threat. We see its influence trying to creep into
our institutions, our schools, and even our government.

And I’d like to pay tribute to the Tuidang Movement — it is so inspiring.
It shows that the human spirit can never be conquered. It proves that truth,
once spoken, lives on forever. The publication of The Nine Commentaries on
the Communist Party 21 years ago opened a floodgate of awareness around the
world. And the fact that  5 million people worldwide have now signed the End
CCP petition speaks volumes.

This is not about politics. It is about humanity. It is deep within our core
as humans to want freedom. It is about the right to live with dignity, to
believe what you choose.

Let me pay a special tribute right here in Flushing, to the people who have
the courage to quit the CCP. And let me say: You are not alone. We admire
you, we want to stand with you, protect you, and encourage others to follow
your example. The world hears you. And more and more people — here in the
United States and across the globe — are standing with you.

Together, we can build a future where the truth is not censored, where faith
is not punished, and where the horrors of communism are never repeated.

Thank you. God bless you, and may freedom always prevail. And remember: in
November, vote against communists!
