I agree. Of the four choices, only C is possible, and it is with the meaning
of good as a noun.
We natives all seem to agree, though, that the sentence is not idiomatic. It
is probably just a poor translation from Chinese. I've never attended school
in China, but it is my impression that school teachers there are much more
likely to teach their students about good and evil than are teachers in
Western countries (where such education is considered to be the purview of
parents, not teachers), and if that's true, the sentence probably sounded
fine in the original Chinese.
In idiomatic English, the sentence would probably be something like: I am
your teacher, and it's my job to teach you right from wrong.
