[問卦] 南部缺水是不是紫微聖人幹的

今年颱風季結束了
高屏溪流量只多一些
水庫水位均不到九成

其他周圍地方水多，南部缺水
是不是未來教主紫微聖人發威旱災
有紫微卦嗎？
