[問卦] 不誠實控制媒體的領導人會增加打蠢仗風險

就是阿小魯熊熊想到一個有點好奇的問題想問問大家，

Ray Dalio，全球最大對沖橋水基金創辦人，是全球最賺錢的避險基金公司，

最近發了一篇長文，其中一段：

Untruthful and emotional appeals that rile people up increase the dangers of
stupid wars, so it is better for leaders to be truthful and thoughtful in
explaining the situation and how they are dealing with it (this is especially
essential in a democracy, in which the opinions of the population matter).
The worst thing is when leaders are untruthful and emotional in dealing with
their populations, and it is worse still when they take over the media.

不實的說法與煽動情緒的訴求，容易挑動民眾情緒，從而增加發動愚蠢戰爭的風險；因此
，領導人更應該以誠實、審慎的方式，向人民說明當前情勢以及他們如何應對（這在民主
制度中尤其重要，因為民意具有關鍵影響）。最糟糕的情況，是領導人以不誠實、情緒化
的方式對待自己的人民；而如果他們進一步掌控媒體，那就更加糟糕了。

這段話怎麼看起來這麼熟悉，是不是在指誰啊？有沒有八卦阿？
