本版經常被扣疑美論、棄台論的美國學者布熱津斯基，在1990年代寫過一本有名的書，《大棋局》。

書中說的，現在看，還是很準。書中說對美國最大的危險就是中俄伊一起反美，因為這會讓世界島沒有美國的生存和發力空間。

當然，書裡說，這種可能性微乎其微，除非美國政府腦袋進水。不巧的是，天不生懂王，萬古如長夜。


一、中文原文

最大的潛在危險是中國與俄羅斯或許還有伊朗結成大聯盟。
結成這種「反霸」聯盟的原因不是意識形態，而是相互補充的不滿。這一聯盟在規模和
範圍方面同中—蘇集團曾經構成的挑戰有相似之處，儘管這次當頭的可能是中國，而俄
羅斯是隨從。

出現這種意外情況的可能性微乎其微。只有在美國十分短視地同時對中國和伊朗採取敵
對政策時，把俄國與中國及伊朗結合在一起的聯盟才能搞得起來。
這樣的前景不能排除。美國1995—1996年的所作所為，看來幾乎就是在為這種聯盟的形
成創造條件。

為了防止出現這種情況，美國必須同時在歐亞大陸的西部、東部和南部邊緣巧妙地施展
地緣戰略手段。

The most dangerous scenario would be a grand coalition of China, Russia, and
 perhaps Iran, an “antihegemonic” coalition united not by ideology but by
complementary grievances.
It would be reminiscent in scale and scope of the challenge once posed by th
e Sino-Soviet bloc, though this time China would likely be the leader and Ru
ssia the follower.

Averting this contingency, however remote it may be, requires a geostrategy
that deftly manages the potential conflicts among China, Russia, and the reg
ional powers of Western Asia, thereby preventing a collision that could prop
el the two into an anti-American alliance.

Such a coalition could come into being only if the United States were shorts
ighted enough to antagonize both China and Iran at the same time.
That possibility cannot be excluded, and American conduct in 1995–1996 almo
st seemed designed to encourage it.
