JNIM spokesman Abu Hudheifah al-Bambari, aka Bina Diarra, announces the
beginning of a total siege against Bamako, capital of Mali, he mentions the
operation that took out the Malian Defense Minister and warns civilians not
to put themselves between JNIM and the army or they will be targeted as well.

伊斯蘭捍衛者組織（JNIM）發言人阿布·胡德法·班巴里（又名比納·迪亞拉）宣布對馬
利首都巴馬科展開全面圍攻。他提及了導致馬利國防部長喪生的行動，並警告平民不要介
入伊斯蘭捍衛者組織和軍隊之間，否則他們也將成為攻擊目標。

目前馬利境內有政府軍、JNIM及ISIS三方混戰局面。
