r. Show that regardless of how the numbers are positioned on the wheel, there
are three adjacent numbers whose sum is at least 39.
這一題我先把１～２５的數字分成１～１２和１３～２５兩堆，然後當成１～２５任挑三
個數字相加去作，但是接下來找worst case不會找，跪求好心的大大解答。
