[理工] 101中央-離散 充要條件

想請問第二題，要選出充分且非必要條件的選項
對C選項感到疑惑

C . For comparing two infinite set A and B, "there exists an one-to-one mapping form A to B",for"|A|=|B|".

解答這個是給必要且非充分，就算沒有one-to-one，|A|也可以等於|B|吧?
還是是我沒搞清楚必要和充分的條件?
