暫停程式減少CPU使用，可以讓其他程式/遊戲跑更順
**不是所有程式都能在暫停/恢復後正常運作**
取代Sysinternals內古老的pssuspend.exe
unicode support
可一次對多個目標作用
ex:
lol排隊時，去玩別的遊戲，
排到後暫停其他遊戲，減少CPU使用，停止其他遊戲的聲音干擾
我是寫成.cmd放桌面來使用
