you can just drivr your own car to avoid it all
But it depends on where you live
cuz the traffic in many places are terrible
Yeah if you have enough extra money to buy such a
luxurious goods like car in Taipei

this is why I HATE them
one thing more important I forget is
the rich can just stay home or
drive their car to whereve they want
IN
EVERYTIME
THEY WANT
so this hugely reduce the traffic problem
And they even have a professional driver working for them!!!!
