Covington & Stauskas could be involved in 76ers’& Hawks' Noel-Teague Trade

So, how do Covington and Stauskas fit in this trade?

Covington – under contract for the next two years at $1,015,696 and
$1,087,745 – is also more valuable than Teague in a vacuum. Sure, Covington
could use more minutes at power forward, but he can also play the small
forward. Teams can’t get enough 3-and-D wings. Trading Noel for Teague would
be bad. Trading Noel and Covington for Teague would be comical.

Covington的約還有兩年 可以分擔PF跟SF的位置 對於兩邊來說 其實在側翼的3分球及防
守上都略嫌不足 Noel跟Teague單換其實並不好 但Noel+Covington換Teague就更滑稽了

Stauskas is far more expendable after two seasons of minus outside shooting.
But just 22 and on his rookie-scale contract, he still has positive value.

Stauskas在過去兩個球季是離外圍投射越來越遠 但因為他的年紀(22)跟新人約 仍舊有他
的交易價值

就中段Covington的部分 猜測一下作者想法
Hawks:失去Teague 補進Noel+Covington Teague原先的三分能力不見得能補上 尤其是老
      鷹這種高流動性的球隊 而且外線被射爆的場景還歷歷在目 Noel跟Covington都較
      偏禁區球員 外線防守是否更薄弱了?

76ers:只補進Teague 雖然內線球員還有Embiid跟Okafor 但少了Noel+Covington兩個先發
       76人能找到適合的陣容嗎? 狀元能無縫接軌來補上欠缺的側翼防守跟3分嗎? 只有
      Teague是不夠的
