訪問費100元7-11電子購物金
時間
5/3~6/14
活動流程：
(1)等待合格通知email
(2)收到「掛號」郵寄的酒精貼布試用組
(3)試用貼布並且填回測試結果問卷(含上傳使用貼布前、後照片)
(4)本活動贈品將於108年7月31日前透過「email」或「手機簡訊」統一發放
