標題[問題] 申請公民住滿三個月?

明年準備申請公民, 目前人在美已住一段時間,
但最近家裡有事必須回台一陣子. 看到申請requirement 有
必須在申請前在該州住滿三個月
想請問是否是在丟件前前三個月必須physically 住在美國境內,
又或是在三年內在要申請的州有住滿三個月即可?
稍微敘述一下我的經歷
05/17/13 拿到綠卡 (結婚關係所以三年拿公民)
so 理論上 05/17/ 16 滿三年, 90天前可開始申請
所以 02/17/16 可寄件
從05/17/13 到目前為止都住在美國 所以已經住滿超過180天
目前打算六月底要搬回台, 當然在丟件前每六個月都會回美一趟
這樣的話, 我02/17/16 還可以丟件嗎？
還是我11/17/15 - 02/17/16 還是必須住在美國？
