[問題] AOS H1b轉結婚綠卡 file文件整理

大家好,

我是台灣人有Ｈ1b, 未婚夫是美國公民
我目前剛回台灣,六月份在台灣登記結婚和婚宴, 七月回美國,八月在美國結婚,
希望可以八月在美國就可以遞件

非常開心有這個版and大家熱心的幫忙
網路資源雖很多 但是每個人的case都不一樣 有些又年代久遠
雖然自己整理很多資料 但還是很多問題 不知道自己該file哪些文件
發現在網路上 Ｈ1b轉結婚綠卡 資料相對少了很多

前幾天問了這個版之後 才知道自己是 AOS (adjust of status)
我終於整理出來應該file的文件 (網路資料整理,我加上ＵＳＣＩＳ網頁連結）
也因為自己花了好多時間,希望以後要申請的人可以省點時間,
